Dentistry Electives
This Dentistry Elective Programme (DEP) is currently operating in Cusco and surrounding clinics around the city, students joining our DEP will get the chance of getting involved in one of the most exciting programmes ever created as it combines unique practice environment and fascinating trips in and around the city you are staying in. Nursing Electives
Our Nursing Elective Programme (NEP) was created to provide Nursing Students the chance to immerse in a whole new world within the healthcare field. Our NEP takes place in Cusco, a beautiful ancient city that will greatly surprise you. There are 2 large hospitals in Cusco where Nursing students will work and learn from local nurses, also, we have special agreements with many other rural clinics or clinics located in poor areas of the city, so the student will also get a huge benefit from attending these places. Physiotherapy Electives
Our Physiotherapy Elective Programme (PEP) has been created to give those students the chance of gaining practical experience from working with local therapists and being exposed to practices in a developing country such as Peru.[More Info]

Non – elective Placements
This Non-elective programme (NeP) was created in order to afford future Healthcare Science students a new perspective on this field so they will immerse themselves into a new world of new challenges and opportunities. We can organise this programme in any specialty and in any field that the student may be interested in. Places and destinations are the same as any of our Elective Programmes.

• A clinical placement to work in any of the establishments associated to Mundo Verde
• The student will freely choose the specialty that he or she would like to rotate

• 1 week in a rural village in the jungle (if 5 students or more at the time)
